2. Purchasing a Course
When you purchase a course from Data Mastery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the course and its associated learning materials through your registered account.
Once purchased, your course will be available through your registered account without any recurring subscription fees.
Your purchase grants access only to the course(s) you have purchased. Ownership of all course content, including videos, downloadable resources, workbooks, supplementary materials and other intellectual property, remains with Data Mastery.
Access to your purchased courses is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Course Access & Account Security
Your account is intended for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your login details with others or allow multiple individuals to access purchased courses using a single account.
If we reasonably believe that an account has been shared, accessed without authorisation or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the course.
We recommend that you keep your password secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights remain the property of Data Mastery. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may use the course and its accompanying materials solely for your own personal learning and professional development, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Acceptable Use
When using our courses and accompanying materials, you agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with another individual.
- Allow multiple individuals to access purchased courses using a single account.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any part of the course or accompanying materials.
- Upload course content to websites, social media platforms or file-sharing services.
- Remove, alter or obscure any copyright notices contained within the course materials.
- Use the course content for commercial training or redistribution without our prior written permission.
Any unauthorised use of the course or its accompanying materials may result in suspension or termination of access and may consitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and applicable copyright law.
6. Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is evidence that a substantial portion of the course has already been accessed, completed or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
7. Disclaimer
Data Mastery provides educational content designed to help you develop practical skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and related business technologies.
While we make every effort to ensure our courses and learning materials are accurate, complete and up to date, we do not guarantee that the content will always be free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Course content may also become outdated over time due to software updates or changes in technology.
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, promotion, certification, business success or any specific outcome. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, experience and application of the material.
